Stoke Ferry receive funds for community playing field

The community pavilion and playing fields in Stoke Ferry will be able to have a revamp after receiving a cheque for £10,000.

After applying to the National Lottery Community Fund the money will be a welcome asset to improve the building and playing field used by the community.

Sue Lintern, chairman of Stoke Ferry Parish Council said: "Covid put a stop to our plans two years ago with the renovation project.
