A Halloween-themed event for children has opened at Lynn’s Custom House.

The attraction, called Greedy Ghosts and Ghouls in the Hunt for Jelly Beans, opened today and will continue until next Saturday, October 31.

Youngsters aged eight or under will be invited to hunt for tokens hidden around the ever-popular maritime exhibition, return them to a member of staff and collect a sweet treat.

Meanwhile, children over eight will match the Jelly Beans with the names of the Greedy Ghosts and Ghouls hidden on the second floor of the Custom house, fill in the answer sheet provided, and collect their own sweet treats.

And organisers say extra treats are also on offer for children who go along in fancy dress.

The Custom House will be open from 10.30am to 3.30pm on Monday to Saturday and from noon until 3.30pm on Sunday.
