The launch to commemorate International Hanse Day and the 11th anniversary of the new Hanse took place on Wednesday.

The event, which has been organised by West Norfolk Council, will take place on May 21 and 22. The festival will open with a medieval parade at noon, winding from the Saturday Market Place, along the High Street, to the Tuesday Market Place.

Then, based in the Hanse House on the waterfront, a host of activities will take place throughout Saturday and Sunday.
