The formal unveiling of a new defibrillator in Southery was made on Saturday. The defibrillator is located at the rear of the Old White Bell Public House, in Upgate Street.
Village resident Renie Webber gave the proceeds from her 90th birthday party (£615) to PULSE, while Beryl Stubbins handed over £900 raised from the village bingo sessions. Southery Parish Council also donated £100 to PULSE towards the cost of the unit.
