Norfolk Woods Resort and Spa, in Pentney, wins award from Hoseasons following high customer satisfaction rate

A holiday park has been awarded a top tourism award for having a high customer satisfaction rating.

Norfolk Woods Resort and Spa, in Pentney, recently received an award for the Best Relax and Explore destination in the East of England, after it had the highest score in a customer satisfaction survey for this year’s season.

Crowned by holiday accommodation specialists Hoseasons, the resort offers lodge stays with an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, bistro and activities on-site.

The resort is part of Hoseasons’ Go Active Breaks collection – a range of 17 locations for those who want to try a range of indoor and outdoor activities during their short break.

The award was handed to Anne Foulkes, South East general manager for Darwin Escapes.
