Brancaster hotel is frontrunner in recommendation




The White Horse in Brancaster Staithe has been named Editor’s Choice, Rooms with a View in The Good Hotel Guide 2022 published this week.

This award sits alongside the Good Hotel Guide César already awarded in 2015.

The Good Hotel Guide is renowned as being the leading independent guide to hotels in Great Britain and Ireland, entry into the guide is based on visits by anonymous inspectors and guests experiences.

In 2015 The White Horse was awarded a Good Hotel Cesar Award, Named after Cesar Ritz, the most celebrated of hoteliers, these are the Oscars of hotel keeping.

The White Horse is a family run establishment and part of the ACInns group which has seven other hospitality establishments in the eastern region and a micro brewery, Brancaster Brewery.

The White Horse is situated in Brancaster Staithe a picturesque typically Norfolk village overlooking stunning tidal salt marshes and estuaries with views to Scolt Head Island and the sea beyond. Seasonal and local is the ethos of head chef Fran Hartshorne.
