Developer Lovell appoints a new regional sales director for East Anglia
Developer Lovell, which has several projects in West Norfolk, has appointed a new regional sales director for its East Anglia region.
Jane Yolland's appointment to the role comes as the region shows significant growth with numerous developments. The Norwich-based housebuilder's local projects include Orchard Close in Gaywood with another being Wensum Grange in Fakenham.
Jane, originally from New Zealand, now lives in Peterborough and brings a wealth of expertise to Lovell after spending 20 years in the industry.
She began her new homes career as a sales adviser and has since been promoted through the roles of field sales manager, sales manager and sales director before joining Lovell.
In the New Year, her role will involve taking on the sales leadership and supporting the land manager with various land acquisitions.
Her work involves offering sales leadership support to the team, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are efficient, supporting other departments and helping develop growth strategies.
She said: “I liked the idea of working for a business that has a broad range of customers. Lovell works on a variety of projects, from open market developments to design and build projects, Joint Ventures and partnerships with local authorities, which was a huge appeal.
“The team has been so incredibly welcoming and supportive; everyone I’ve met shares a passion to uphold the Lovell ‘service first’ ethos. I’m really enjoying meeting my colleagues and learning how I can become a valuable member of the East Anglian team during this period of growth.”
Simon Medler, regional managing director, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jane to the team as regional sales director and look forward to seeing her thrive within her role. Jane is an excellent addition who brings valuable knowledge and expertise to the business.
“We’re very proud to have multiple sites launching across the region next year, including St Edmund’s Park in Acle and The Acorns in Walsham-le-Willows. The East Anglia region of Lovell has grown significantly throughout this year, despite the challenging backdrop of the pandemic and we’re looking forward to continuing this success in 2021.”
