Poll to be sought on £1.3 million Heacham community building project as councillor slams 'slanderous' comments

Residents of a West Norfolk village will be given their say over plans to take out a £1.3 million loan to fund a new community hub.

Councillors in Heacham last night backed plans to seek a parish poll on the plan for the former Dairy Crest site in Pound Lane, with a special meeting set to take place before it.
