Inquest review for 39-year-old who died on A134 after tree collision
An inquest review has heard a 39-year-old woman died after her vehicle collided with a tree in West Norfolk.
Hannah Akers died on the A134 in Shouldham Thorpe on February 9.
It is believed the vehicle left the side of the road and collided with a tree.
The inquest heard there was a fire at the collision scene.
Her cause of death has been given as road traffic collision and multiple sclerosis.
A further hearing will take place on October 14 in Norwich to hear further evidence including the police investigation report.
