West Winch-based IT Company JT Network & Communications aims to help businesses evolve

An experienced IT technician has opened his own company here in West Norfolk with hopes of helping businesses get up to date and save some cash.

JT Network & Communications is run by manager Jake Turner along with two other members of staff, specialising in all things tech.

Jake has seen a “dramatic shift” in businesses relying more on IT and remote working and wants to help bring them up to date in a digital era.

The team are based in West Winch and will come out to businesses to help.

Jake said: “I’ve always lived in this area and I feel proud knowing I can help local businesses. Perhaps they want to save money on overheads by utilising automation, or perhaps they want to modernise and expand. This is what we specialise in.”

Jake has worked in IT for around 10 years in London and West Norfolk before branching out and starting his own business.

He added: “I saw a massive opportunity. There are so many new systems and everything that's coming out that not many people really know about because, let's be honest, who really cares about IT, it’s so boring?

“I want to be that person who bridges the gap. I see so many companies that are 10 years in the past. Sometimes I think, you can do so much more and really enable them. That’s what I’ve done for a couple of companies around here.”
