Lynn-based HR consultancy, Human Capital Department, has experienced a high demand for its human resources and recruitment services as employers return to ‘normal’ after the pandemic.

This has meant they have grown their team to meet client’s needs. Jasmine Bentley recently joined directors Rod Lee and Peter Lawrence to support SME businesses in the region with HR, while Jacob Hall provides firms with recruitment support.

“Jasmine has made a great start and is already working with local clients to resolve people management and development issues” said founder Peter Lawrence.

“The HR apprenticeship programme that Jasmine is undertaking at the College of West Anglia helps to ensure that she acquires the underpinning knowledge needed to guide employers, and the tutor support has been excellent” he added.
