LEARN MOREWell-known Lynn jeweller Tim Clayton and his wife Sue are retiring after 47 years in the business.
The Chapel Street shop will be put on the market by the couple, who now live near Terrington St Clement and were married in the same year they started out, 1975.
The Covid-19 pandemic prompted thoughts of retirement and their last day of trading will be April 9.
Tim Clayton said: "I had no concept of what retirement was at all until lockdown, to be quite honest. It suddenly dawned on me in lockdown that I didn't actually have to come to work and work as hard as I was working.
