King Charles drives himself to Sandringham church

Just a week on from the pomp and pageantry of his Coronation, King Charles drove himself to church in Sandringham on Sunday morning.

The monarch waved to well-wishers as he drove to St Mary Magdalene Church. Queen Camilla did not attend the church service.

Dressed in a smart grey suit, the King was driven back to Sandringham after the service by a close protection officer.
