Students and staff at the College of West Anglia have raised hundreds of pounds for a cancer charity which is dedicated to helping patients deal with the side-effects of their care.

Members of the hairdressing, beauty therapy and nail technology department staged a Give The Sparkle Back week of fundraising events to help Look Good, Feel Better, who provide practical support for women battling with the effects of their treatment for the disease. A total of £929.14 was raised for the group, who offer free skincare and make-up workshops, which are held in over 70 hospitals and cancer care centres throughout Britain.
