A Lynn couple are appealing for donations ahead of a charity cycle ride for West Norfolk MIND.

MIND directors Phillip and Carole Seaman will take part in the Prudential 100-mile cycle road race in August and are hoping to complete this within a riding time of five hours.

The couple, who are both heavily involved with Lynn Cycling Club, would like to raise at least £1000 for the mental health charity MIND as very close family members have received help for mental health problems.

One in four of us, will require help for this type of illness in our lifetime and effects all ages.

Please give as little or as much as you can. This can been done on their just giving website at: or alternatively just send a cheque in the post or call into the office at West Norfolk Insurance Services Ltd on the Tuesday Market Place.
