Knights Hill Hotel and Spa sits in 11 acres of grounds and gardens, and it is a restored former hunting lodge and working farm.

CEO of Best Western GB Rob Payne said: “These awards are a really special moment for us to stop and recognise the excellence within our membership. Our 275 hotels encompass a huge variety of sizes and types of properties but we all have a desire for great customer service and involvement in the local community and it’s fantastic to recognise those that go above and beyond.”

This prestigious award comes at the dawn of a new and exciting era for Best Western which sees the brand and logo change come into effect across all of the group’s 4,100 properties in more than 100 countries by the end of 2017.
