Budding athletes braved the weather when they got into GEAR in aid of the Friends of Greyfriars School (FROGS) and other local charities.

Several children from the Lynn school’s Greyfriars Greyhounds running club took part in the one-mile Mini Grand East Anglia Run (GEAR) in the town centre last Sunday.

Also raising money for the Friends by taking part in GEAR’s main 10km event were Greyfriars class teacher Claire Emery and parent Andrew Mcnamara.
