Childcare students at the College of West Anglia have been praised for their efforts to develop new story-time activities for children.
The group were asked to develop the sessions for youngsters at the Applewood Nursery, which is on the college campus.
The students, pictured above with the children, read stories based on classic fairytales and made games and sacks to share with them.
Applewood staff member Hayley Irons said: “From purchasing new equipment we have developed a rich environment that stimulates children’s learning through play and the sacks from the students will add to this wide variety of learning materials for our children. We are very grateful of the students’ hard work.”
