The King’s Lynn Stebbings Car Superstore Young Stars are tonight (7.30pm) aiming to pick up their first league points of the season when the Buxton Hitmen make the trip to Norfolk.
The Young Stars produced a great display over Mildenhall in their last meeting at the Adrian Flux Arena and manager Dale Allitt (pictured) will be looking for a similar performance against the Hitmen.
James Cockle continues to lead the team at number one with Tom Stokes and Scott Campus also taking heat leader roles. Josh Bailey and Shane Hazelden complete the main body while at reserve, the Young Stars will track Ryan Kinsley and Layne Cupitt.
Manager Allitt said: “We need to put behind us the defeat at Eastbourne and start our season tonight against Buxton. The guys are fired up for the meeting and I believe that we will put some points on the board tonight.
“Buxton has a good side and it should be a close meeting, but we have enough quality in the team to pull off a victory at home, that is what I want.”
Gates at the Adrian Flux Arena open at 6.30pm. Admission prices: Adults £11, concessions £9, juniors £4, under 11 free.
