King's Lynn fire crews called to three town blazes in an hour

Firefighters were called to three fires on open ground in Lynn within minutes of each other yesterday evening.

Separate incidents were reported in Queen Mary Road, Eastfields and Eastgate Street between 5.55pm and 6.25pm.

Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said another incident was reported in Wisbech Road, South Lynn at around 5.30pm and in the Fairstead area at around 6pm but were both found to be false alarms.
