LEARN MOREIt was a tough crime to crack ... but police in Lynn have reunited a pub with its giant nutcracker.
A tweet on the King's Lynn Police Twitter account has said that due to good work by its officers, Wenns in Saturday Market Place has its outsize Christmas decoration back.
The tweet said: "Was great to spread some Festive cheer with @TheWennsKL after town centre beat manager PC Marsh and LPT colleagues located and returned their festive Nutcracker figure that had been stolen days before."
The account went on to say that a 43-year-old man from Lynn has been arrested and charged with stealing the nutcracker and also with taking a bicycle from the town centre.
