King's Lynn police arrest man for drink-driving at 7.35am

While many would have been getting prepared for a working day and eating their breakfast, a motorist was being arrested for drink-driving in King's Lynn.

King's Lynn Police posted on social media this morning after a man was arrested at 7.35am.

The post said he was "drunk in charge of a wheel" and was found to be twice the drink-driving limit.

A spokeswoman for Norfolk Police said the man was in his 30s.

He was arrested at Eastgate Street in King's Lynn and remains in custody.
