Rail connection between Lynn and Hunstanton would benefit resort, Lynn News letters

And, yes, the decision to remove the railway between Hunstanton and Lynn was a bad decision. Let us remind Mr Wheatley that Hunstanton survives on the tourists, just ask all the shop and restaurant owners and the caravan parks.

The fairground is excellent and my grandchildren love it when they visit us from the north of England. They enjoy walking the prom having an ice cream and spending a fortune in Johnson gift shop. Why would you not encourage that?

There are many reasons why and how a railway connection to Lynn would help this town thrive. Also, Mr Wheatley, do not destroy the dreams of people who have the wellbeing of this town at heart.
