Hunstanton seafront needs TLC, Lynn News Letters
It was to record one of its programmes with their presenter Franklin Englemann.
They interviewed Mr Searle, who had the donkey rides and the boat trips, Mr Parker, who had a kiosk near the putting green and also Mr Robb, who was the seafront manager. He would walk up and down the promenade making sure that everywhere was clean and tidy, his assistant was Mr Billy Raines and between the two of them, the promenade and the seafront was well managed.
You never see a seafront manager on the promenade these days.
I expect if we have one, he sits at his desk on a computer.
The seafront and beach at Hunstanton need a bit of tender loving care.
