Hardwick Road Cemetery in King's Lynn should be kept clean and tidy, Lynn News letters
I note she says she would like to see all the headstones and surrounds removed.
My mother was buried there eight years ago into a family grave. Her father Edward Benefer, his wife Ethel, two of their eldest babies and my paternal grand parents are all also interred there. I would be appalled if these headstones were removed!
Yes the cemetery is in a state, mainly due to a) not being looked after, and b) the amount of trees in there dropping leaves and branches everywhere.

Whilst it may be a bit of a chore cleaning a grave, it is also a place where you can still visit your loved ones who have passed away in a peaceful place.
Maybe more money could be used to keep it clean and tidy and to cut the grass.
Have some respect!
