Success down to supporters of Cats Protection centre in Stowbridge, Lynn News letters

By Lynn News Reporter

And I want to boast about what our local staff and volunteer team have achieved. In 2018 the centre has helped more than 800 cats in need and their owners or finders, a staggering 45 per cent increase in our work from last year with only minimal increases in resources, which in real terms is more amazing volunteers coming to help.

To say I am proud of our team at achieving this is an understatement. I wanted to share this with all our supporters and thank them for the part they have played, whether through donations; buying goods from our Supawstore in Tottenhill; sharing our cats for adoption on social media; the local newspaper publishing our story; or as a local supplier keeping the centre running.

I also wanted to thank the team at London Road Veterinary Centre who have shared this load alongside us, getting the cats fit and well for adoption, we couldn’t do it without them. Animal rescue is only achieved through team work and I think our team and supporters have shown what hard work can accomplish.
