Care at Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital was exemplary, Lynn News letters
I would like to go on record, publicly, to thank everyone at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the treatment I received.
At the moment, there are so many scare stories about how the NHS, in general, and the QEH, specifically, is failing us as users of the service.
I received exemplary care during these few worrying weeks and can only commend the staff at the QEH for the speed, efficiency and care with which I was dealt.
My appointment at the TIA clinic, requested by my GP, came through within 48 hours and every person that I spoke to, was examined by or who assessed my condition, treated me with empathy, kindness and efficiency.
So, following the adage, you can only speak as you find, I would like to give the staff at the QEH a huge pat on the back and thank them for the great job they are doing under the austere conditions imposed on them by the current Government.
