Gainsaying is energy wasting, Lynn News Letters

The relentlessly pro-Corbyn babble from Mike Larcey loops round and round unchecked with another catalogue of easy criticism and even easier answers to all our woes. Vote Labour and all your troubles will be over if you believe him.

Maybe the socialist-led opposition does have all the answers and they will swing into action the very minute Jeremy gets his size nines under the table at No 10. No doubt it’ll all be revealed at the next election unless we need to have to have a couple of re-runs to convince the losers that the political gang who make it first past the post are actually the real winners...

In the meantime maybe he could focus on today and possibly try to stop seeing everything in black and white. It is my belief you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar and the Larcey kind of miserable divisive politics merely polarises people. Compromise and co-operation will get us through this mess and while so much energy is wasted endlessly gainsaying the other side’s words just in the hope of scrabbling up the greasy pole to hold political mastery of the electorate, we shall all be the worse for it.

If I may I’d like to ask Mr Larcey what he’s actually doing to help alleviate our local and national difficulties apart from bleating and pointing accusatory fingers? I’m betting very little, if anything.
