Council tax – enough is enough, Lynn News letters
We have no choice and we have no way of avoiding it but those councillors voting for it should know that there is an increasing feeling among the taxpayers that enough is enough.
The county council leader says this increase is intended to protect the frontline services we rely upon “so dearly”.
We shall see!
It is my intention, and I’m hoping others too, to collect the hotline phone numbers from the website, download the “fix my street” app and generally take ownership of my locality and the county in general and make a point of bombarding the borough and county council with details of complaints, problems and issues around me.
It’s time we all started to really “hold their feet to the fire” and if we believe their claim that their motivation for these rises is to keep frontline services fully functioning, let’s hold them to it.
