Oklahoma! by Lynn Players was 'outstanding', Lynn News letters

By Lynn News Reporter

A friend and I attended a 2.30pm matinee performance which ended at 5.30pm and how the cast performed again at 7.30pm I do not know as they put so much energy into everything they did.

The singing of those well-loved songs with their facial expressions were so good, as was the lighting and sound. We could see and hear everything so clearly and when the cast smiled and laughed, we did the same. It was a truly happy show.

It was impossible to choose the best performance as all were brilliant.

Thank you Samantha Ashby and the orchestra and, of course, director Sharon Fox, for such a joyous afternoon's entertainment. I am now looking forward to the musical, Oliver! in May.
