Hunstanton lifeboat to rescue to injured infant at Scolt Head

Hunstanton lifeboat came to the assistance of an 18-month-old girl with a dislocated shoulder on Scolt Head Island off Brancaster today.

The shout was raised by Coastguards at 11.14am and the lifeboat raced to the scene.

Parents told lifeboat crew that she had been injured playing with a sibling.

The family were landed on Brancaster beach into the care of Hunstanton coastguard response team, before being transferred to an ambulance crew.
