Lockdown sent prices soaring in West Norfolk in 2021

More news, no ads

Lockdown buyers desperate to escape to the country helped to send house prices in West Norfolk through the roof last year.

The 2021 market, to quote local estate agents, was “supercharged”...“quite extraordinary”..."like nothing I have seen in my 26-year career.”

Fuelled by an imbalance of supply and demand, properties sold within hours and prices soared, with £1million-plus homes becoming the norm in some hotspots.
