Love Island star Georgia Harrison checks into Heacham boot camp after 'burnout'
Love Island star Georgia Harrison went to a Heacham boot camp after she suffered "burn out".
In an emotional post, the reality star addressed her 1.1 million followers on Instagram on Wednesday in a video on her story.
She said: ""Over the last week and a half I have been at No 1 Bootcamp in Norfolk spending some well-needed time working on my mental and physical wellbeing.
"Everything was getting too much for me with lots of pressure, multiple set-backs and a general unbalanced lifestyle consisting of going out too much, over working and constantly fighting to keep up with a lifestyle that was leading me to burn out.
"Being here has been the most amazing blessing in every way possible.
"It's enabled me to remember who I really am, that putting myself first is okay and how much more potential I have when I'm not drinking even though only a couple of times a week socially it still was affecting my energy and mood levels especially with the added stresses of my current life situation.
""I've been training from 6am - 4pm with small breaks in between, I've been eating a completely clean, controlled diet with only one coffee allowed a day and tonnes of water/herbal teas."
The popular tv personality who is also on TV program The Challenge said that her mum Nicola, 54, had joined her at the resort.
She said:"I've been blessed to have my mum join me for part of my ongoing journey and the support of the absolutely unbelievably enthusiastic, caring and supportive trainers that make this place so special.
"It's left me feeling mentally and physically strong, full of energy from morning until night and completely changed my habits."
She also posted on her story that she was reading a book called The Spiritual Theory of Everything during her Norfolk retreat as well as walking her dog on the beach.
No 1 Bootcamp is a luxury fitness and wellbeing resort in Heacham, offering day retreats, personal training and a diet plan.
