Human Capital Department of King's Lynn wins award.
Lynn-based HR consultants Human Capital Department has been recognised for providing services which make employee management easier.
The business, located on North Lynn Industrial Estate, has been given a Silver Status Partners award by Breathe-HR, a cloud HR software solution used by its clients.

In order to win the award, the team completed a series of assessed training courses, and a forum in London before lockdown. The award was then dependent on having a certain number of clients within its Breathe-HR hub.
Human Capital Department was co-founded by Peter, who is managing director and consultant and Rod Lee, who is operations manager and also a consultant.
