Lynn's Market Bistro included in international food guide

Lynn's Market Bistro is one of only two Norfolk restaurants to be featured in a guide to the world’s finest food experiences throughout 45 countries.

Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery is based upon the views of 57 experienced food writers, including restaurant critic of The Times, Giles Coren. Collectively the sustainable food guide features 1,250 restaurants.

Restaurants selected to be featured are chosen on the basis of outstanding food, the quality of their service and atmosphere, their care for the environment, care for the source of their food, and their care for customers, staff and the community in which they operate.

Owners Lucy and Richard Golding are delighted that Market Bistro has been chosen as one of the UK’s exemplary restaurants. Richard said: "We’ve had some amazing accolades over the years, but to be included in a worldwide guide to sustainable dining is really exciting.

"Being recognised for our sustainability means a great deal to us, as we’ve always championed the importance of this in our industry.

"Above all, our team are proud to represent Lynn and West Norfolk internationally."

The guidebook listing comes as Market Bistro is also awarded Best use of Norfolk Produce on a menu in the Norfolk Hero Food and Drink Awards 2018.

The guide is live at truthloveandcleancutlery.com with the book set for publication in November 2018.

Market Bistro uses fresh local produce year round delivered daily by sustainable suppliers, foragers and gardeners.
