A134 at Whittington closed by Norfolk Police due to collision

A main road was closed this morning after a collision.

Norfolk Police reported that the A134 at Whittington was shut off to traffic earlier this morning due to a road traffic collision.

Officers urged people to avoid the scene while emergency services are in attendance, and said local diversions were put in place.

It has now been reopened - with one pedestrian being taken to hospital with head and leg injuries.

AA Traffic said that traffic was 'slow' along the road.
