Man assaulted in King’s Lynn robbery

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward in connection with a robbery in North Lynn last month.

A man in his 50s was assaulted and pushed to the ground on the footpath, behind Farmfoods in St Nicholas Retail Park, by two men who also took his takeaway food on October 30 at around 9.50pm.

The man was later taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital with a cut to his ear, grazing and swelling above his eye

Police are hoping to speak to two men who were seen in the area.

One is described as being in his 20s to 30s, about 6ft tall, of stocky build andwith light coloured hair.

He was wearing a light coloured shell type top with black stripes down the arms.

The other was in his late teens to early 30s and was around 5ft 10in tall, of slim build and was wearing a dark hooded top with jogging bottoms.
