Spalding man charged with criminal damage following vandalism to Sutton Bridge church war memorials

A man will appear in court after being charged with criminal damage – following a vandalism incident at a village church.

Matthew Harpham, 48, of no fixed abode, has been accused of damaging the war memorials at St Matthew’s Church in Sutton Bridge on Boxing Day (December 26, 2024).

The Spalding man was released on bail, with conditions.

He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 12.
