Man dies following collision on A10 in West Norfolk




A man has died following a collision on the A10 at South Runcton this morning (Monday, January 13).

Officers were called at 8.10am to reports of a collision between a car and a motorbike.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, died at the scene.

The driver of the car, a woman in her 50s, has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in police custody.

The road was closed between Field Barn Lane and Thieves Bridge Road following the collision – with police saying the road was expected to be closed for "some time".

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, the manner of driving of either vehicle prior to the incident, or anyone with dashcam footage, is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 101 quoting incident number 52 of Monday, January 13, 2020.
