West Winch man Kelvin Morgan appears in court charged with assault and harassment




A West Winch man who was recently in court denying a number of sexual assault charges found himself back in the dock on Friday.

Kelvin Morgan, 46, of Watering Lane, has been charged with one count of common assault, one count of harassment and two counts of breaching bail conditions.

It comes after officers said a man in his 40s was arrested in the village on Thursday morning on suspicion of harassment and common assault and was taken to Lynn’s Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

On Thursday, June 13, Morgan appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court where he pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual assault and one count of common assault.

Morgan further appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Friday morning, where he was bailed to appear at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 11.
