Methwold firefighters wash cars for mental health charity

Firefighters from Methwold Fire Station held a charity car wash on Bank Holiday Monday to raise money for a mental health charity.

The emergency service team along with charity representatives spent the day washing cars to raise extra funds for Mind.

Mind provides advice and support to anyone who is experiencing a mental health problem.

They say it is their goal to support those likely to develop a mental health issue and empower people to make an informed decisions about how they live and recover.

The charity also works to ensure people get the right services and support they need in time to aid their recovery process.
