Police are appealing for witnesses following a spate of shop burglaries across Norfolk, including Lynn.

Four branches of Carphone Warehouse in the county were targeted on Saturday, January 24, with a further incident taking place in the week before.

On each occasion two men entered the store and stole two working iPhones. They replaced them with non-functioning dummy phones before leaving.

Both men are believed to be in their 20s. The first man is described as being around 6ft, white and having a short dark beard. He is described as wearing a bobble hat, a long coat and blue trousers.

The second man is described as being around 5ft 8in, thin build, with dirty blond short hair and wearing dark clothes and shoes.

The Carphone Warehouse targeted in Lynn was in Hardwick Road during the morning between 10-11am.

The other stores were in Dereham, Yarmouth and Diss. Similar thefts have also taken place at the Carphone Warehouse in Market Gates Shopping Centre in Yarmouth.

Witnesses should contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
