Mollie’s speed sign is oh slow good

The standard of entries in a competition to highlight a now compulsory 20mph speed limit in Narborough’s Denny Walk impressed parish councillors.

Pupils from the primary school designed signs and the brilliant winning effort from Mollie Green featured a snail and a clear message to motorists to slow down.

The parish clerk and councillors including Peter Wilkinson (pictured with Mollie) judged the entries.
