The medical cause of death was confirmed as drowning.

Miss Chilvers, of Ash Close, was a student support leader for the Key Stage 4 students at the Swaffham school, which released a statement after her death.

It described her as "an integral member of the pastoral team" with "a heart of gold".

Principal Mark Woodhouse said Miss Chilvers was "an amazing woman and teacher" who had the welfare and well-being of the students close to her heart.
