Motorcyclist, 17, dies after crash in village near King's Lynn

A teenage motorcyclist has died following a crash in a village near Lynn at the weekend.

The incident happened on Main Road, Clenchwarton, near the Station Road junction, at around 2.30am on Sunday.

Police say a motorcyclist, travelling towards Lynn, collided with a street sign before coming to rest in a field.

The rider, a 17-year-old boy, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers have appealed for anyone who may have seen the crash, or who saw how two motorbikes were being ridden prior to it, to come forward.
