Downham Market motorist banned for a year and landed with costs of £1,000 for drug-driving

A West Norfolk motorist has been hit with £1,000 court costs after originally denying drug-driving.

Kevin Ward, 34, changed his plea by email on the day before the matter went to trial.

However, he did not appear at King's Lynn Magistrates’ Court the following day and the hearing went ahead.
