Dersingham Petals tea room collaborates with Hunstanton By The Book for murder mystery and afternoon tea event
A collaboration between two small businesses will see murder mystery and afternoon tea combined in the village of Dersingham.
Anna Pugh and Adrian Eden, managers of By the Book in the High Street in Hunstanton, have joined forces with Petals, a village tea room, to put on a murder mystery and cakes event.
Owner of Petals, Kevin Andrews-Stott, said: “It is very exciting trying a new project at Petals.
“We are hosting a murder mystery arranged by Adrian Eden of By the Book in Hunstanton.
“ It will consist of a high tea, during which the guests will be transported through a reading into a murder.
“They will need to find and sift through the clues within the story to deduce who dunnit.”
Adrian said: “We are proud to partner with Petals Tea Rooms to present Tales of Murder and Mystery, which is based on the novels of Agatha Christie, accompanied by Petals’ famously delicious afternoon tea.
“We met the guys at Petals, who have been so helpful and up for it.
“We both hope it can become a regular event, maybe bi - monthly.
The event will take place from 3pm to 5.30pm at Petals in Dersingham on Tuesday, March 21.
Tickets are limited and prices at £22 and available from the bookshop.
