A coroner has recorded a narrative verdict for a pensioner who was found dead in his Clenchwarton home.
Mr Ransom, 75, was found dead at his home in Station Road, on April 12.
Today’s inquest (Monday, November 2) in Lynn heard that Mr Ransom had been hospitalised in September last year and was later diagnosed with bipoloar disorder.
He was discharged from the trust’s crisis team and into the care of his GP in October.
Mrs Lake, who did not make a report, said she had concerns that the trust did not liaise with Mr Ransom’s family and also on his discharge.
She said: “This is clearly a case where community health should have been available on his discharge.”
The cause of death was asphyxiation and hanging.
Coroner Mrs Lake recorded a narrative verdict into Mr Ransom’s death.
