The Therapy Shed for mind and body health opens at Old Hunstanton

By Julie Graham, Business Editor

A new business which focuses on mind and body health offering a full range of massage, well being and talking therapies has opened at Old Hunstanton.

The Therapy Shed founded a year ago by Denise Kirby, when she was previously living in Staffordshire, was launched this week at The Old School House Hair Company, at 80 Old Hunstanton Road.

Her relocation to West Norfolk is a homecoming for Denise, who was born and brought up in Heacham and has returned to live and work in the area to be closer to her family.

She opened her treatment room on Monday for a soft launch this week, so people could pop in and have a chat. "It's been a positive start and I have had several clients come along who have booked in for further treatments," said Denise.

"I feel incredibly lucky to have found The Old School House as the location is perfect, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I have got my own room to work in, which ties in beautifully with the concept of 'a therapy shed'."

Denise has spent 35 years helping people eat healthy, nourishing and nutritious food alongside 20 years of learning how essential oils, plants and herbs help heal bodies naturally and organically.
