Motiv8’s new health and wellbeing centre, which was opened by West Norfolk Council leader Nick Daubney on Saturday, is a dream come true for owner Mark Flowers.

Mr Flowers said: “The new centre will not only offer fitness classes to the local community but also hairdressing, beauty therapy, sports massages, a tattooist and six week challenges which have helped members to collectively lose 5,000lbs to date.”
